We accept most VSP plans, as well as many EyeMed plans, Spectera (UHC Vision) and Medicare.
We do not accept Medicaid.
If you are a patient out of your insurance network, we advise that you call your insurance company to understand your out of network benefits. The patient pays in-office for services and products and is provided with an itemized receipt which is submitted by the patient to their insurance company for direct reimbursement.
